The granite soil and marine climate give us this Amayna Syrah with intense violet color, notes of dark and red fruit that harmoniously blend with the frenh oak. In palate, spicy fresh, with great character.

Aging potential: 6 years.

Serving suggestion: Ideal with lamb, red meats, pastas, game birds and pata negra ham.

Temperature: 16 - 18 °C.

Cold maceration: At 7°C for 20 days.
